For your convenience, we host an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site which allows you to transfer your files electronically saving both time and money. This site can be reached through your web browser. Please contact your Account Representative for the address, proper ID and password.
Once you are on the main page, you will find a series of folders to choose from. Please choose your account representative’s individual folder to copy to. You should be able to either copy and paste or drag and drop your folders containing your files and fonts directly into the chosen folder. If you are posting large application files, you may want to compress them for faster transfer with less errors. Do not compress PDF files, however, as they are already a compressed format. We accept MacZip and DropStuff for Macintosh platforms and WinZip for Windows platforms.
Another option for sending smaller files electronically is via e-mail. Each Account Representative has their own e-mail address.
