Print the form and either print or type to fill out both pages. Your signature is required to complete the form and receive credit terms.

You may also pay for your books with a credit card. We accept American Express, Discover and MasterCard. Simply click on the icon below, print the Credit Card Authorization form and complete the information. You may  fax it to one of the following numbers in complete confidence: 734.429.8756 or 734.429.8760.

Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be charged for each credit card transaction.

ACH Withdrawal

To have payment come directly from your checking or savings account, please download the ACH withdrawal form. This authorizes McNaughton & Gunn to withdraw directly from your account. Simply complete the form and fax it to the Financial Services Team at 734.429.1064.
